Coordinate functional test scenario readiness, assignment, sequencing, and tracking across HR modules
Facilitate daily stand-ups and testing coordination between business, QA, and integration teams
Manage test case creation and execution using Jira/Zephyr
Report on test execution status, defects, and overall readiness metrics
Ensure functional testing aligns with end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy and dependencies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of functional testing experience with Workday HR modules
Strong knowledge of HR processes including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Security
Proficiency with Jira/Zephyr or similar test management tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Preferred
Workday Pro Certification
