Responsibilities
Own the enterprise reporting functions and capabilities for the organization
Provide regular weekly and monthly updates to partners on business sales performance
Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations to drive growth and performance
Incorporate new data sources into existing reporting infrastructure
Manage and update data architecture in reporting tools; including managing and updating the code base for data ingestion and organization
Foster working relationship with IT department on opportunities to enhance reporting and proactively adjust reporting for ongoing IT infrastructure updates
Collaborate cross functionally to develop reporting capabilities to support different functions including, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and Channel teams
Provide analytical support to key initiatives on the impact to the overall business by channel and brand
Work with partners to create new dashboards and visualizations to support ongoing corporate goals
Troubleshoot any issues with reporting and implement fixes to keep reporting up and running
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Advanced degree a plus
4 to 6 years experience working in a retail or ecommerce business
Experience with Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI required
Experience with SQL, Python, or R
Excellent data analysis and analytical skills and comfort analyzing very large data sets
Expert using Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Prior experience creating forecasts is a plus
