Account Manager- Logistics

They are seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Account Manager to manage multiple client accounts, strengthen partnerships, drive account growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
Understand client goals and align ASM services to meet their needs
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and account reviews
Develop strategic account plans to grow existing business
Identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
Manage renewals, pricing updates, and contract modifications
Monitor account performance and provide reporting to clients
Visit clients onsite when necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
0-2 years of related experience preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
