Responsibilities
Perform most of the non-credit course programming and system maintenance needs within the department
Participate in the general administrative operations within ProEd
Be involved in marketing efforts and need to be proficient in understanding ProEd's various courses, workshops and professional education offerings
Attend department and client meetings, and provide research and insight into information technology and system issues
Maintain and update the ProEd website and make changes as needed within the registration and learning management systems (Enrole and Canvas)
Build and nurture relationships with attendees, vendors, business partners, and internal departments within ERAU
Assist with recruitment efforts and develop marketing strategies and implementation
Qualification
Required
Formal diploma/certificate/degree program of 6-18 months after high school in Business, Marketing or Hospitality
Excellent customer service skills
Works well in a team setting
Ability to learn multiple data entry and software systems
General administrative experience
Preferred
Experience working in a higher education environment
HTML experience
Experience with Enrole, Canvas or other similar software programs
Experience in program development and execution
Ability to drive large vehicles/passenger vans
