Responsibilities

Drive NPI programs for new GDC infrastructure hardware products like compute, network, storage, security
Lead capacity planning and demand forecasting of GDC products across all customers globally by partnering with Go-To-Market, Product Management, and Sales
Drive procurement and delivery of customer forecasts to all customers globally. Manage operations of forecast to delivery as well as Day 2 operations
Lead sourcing of GDC product components and manage partnerships with hardware vendors, system integrators and global logistics firms, ensuring continuity of supply

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience working within supply chain or procurement
Experience with supply chain, business operations, procurement, and hardware products

Preferred

Master's degree
20 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
Experience working with and leading teams and stakeholders, and executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions
Experience influencing senior executives, negotiations, and partner management
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights
Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing and sometimes stressful environment
