Responsibilities

Provide challenging assignments in a variety of finance functional areas
Leadership training and valuable exposure to businesses and senior leaders
Build diverse skill sets and strong foundation for a successful career
Participate in functional rotations and specialized development curricula
Develop and grow financial and business acumen
Prepare for a role in the Finance organization upon successful completion of the program

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in FinanceAccounting courses completionFinancial AnalysisCost AccountingLeadership experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field completed by June 2026, or 5th year Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance, to be completed between December 2025 and June 2026
Have completed, or plan to complete, accounting courses up to and including Intermediate Accounting (or college/university equivalent)
Available to start the program Summer 2026 (late July/early August)
Ability and willingness to relocate to any Ingersoll Rand location, up to two times, over the duration of the program
Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program

Preferred

Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization
