Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end retail snack program across multiple spaces, ensuring offerings are fresh, relevant, and thoughtfully curated
Curate a rotating assortment of snacks, beverages, and grab‑and‑go items using trend insights, guest feedback, and data analytics
Develop seasonal, cultural, and thematic retail moments that bring energy and storytelling to the space
Partner with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to integrate retail into broader food program experiences
Qualification
Required
Experience in retail, micro markets, convenience, or hospitality environments
Strong merchandising instincts and an eye for visual detail
Comfort with data — you don't need to be an analyst, but you know how to read trends and act on them
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment
Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for elevating everyday experiences
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 Years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of project management experience
