Responsibilities

Participate in design charrettes and concept development
Development of site design projects from concept development through construction documentation
Creating diagrams and illustrative analysis and concept drawings using 3D and 2D digital illustration tools, free-hand drawing and color rendering
Collaborating with landscape architects and designers in developing design solutions and implementation on project documentation
Collaborating with architects, planners, engineers and other site-based disciplines within project-based teams

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Attention to detail
Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills

Preferred

Preference given to local candidates
A minimum of 4 semesters completed in the major
A minimum of 2.9 GPA
Interested candidates should respond with a resume and portfolio of recent studio work (via web-based link)
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate degree in landscape architecture major in an accredited university program
Technical skills should include proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D modeling / rendering programs (such as Rhino, VRay, Sketchup, Enscape, and/or Lumion) and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator)
Understanding of the fundamentals of the full range of design phases including site analysis, site planning, grading and drainage, conceptual development, construction documentation
ArcGIS, Grasshopper and/or Revit knowledge are desirable but not essential
Desire to work in landscape architecture/urban design environment upon graduation
