2026 Internship - Electronic Warfare Intern
Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory is seeking an Electronic Warfare Intern to join their Advanced Development Group. The role involves innovating and developing concepts for next generation Electronic Warfare systems while gaining exposure to all aspects of EW development.

Qualification
Required
Pursuing Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
An ability to establish relationships and effectively interact in various teams, with management and external sponsors, and across organizational boundaries
Demonstrated initiative, an open and curious mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Are able to obtain a Secret security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship

Prior internship or research experience in any of the following areas: Signal Processing, Electromagnetics, Firmware, Software, Radar, FPGA, Software Defined Radios, Antennas, Jamming, RF Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Communications, Electro-Optical Engineering, Infrared Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomy, Machine Learning
