Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations and monitoring of Kubernetes clusters
Responsible for handling faults and supporting issue resolution
Participate in the building and management of container images and assist in the deployment and management of cloud-native applications on the platform
Assist in the management and maintenance of the DevOps toolchain
Assist in the development and maintenance of automation scripts
Assist in platform security hardening
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Experience with deployment, management, maintenance, and tuning of Kubernetes clusters in public cloud environments
3+ years of Experience with LinuxOS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required
Preferred
3+ years of Kubernetes Experience in private cloud and public cloud environments
1-2 years of Experience working with DevOps toolchains with Jira, Jenkins/Argo, Helm, Ansible
1-2 years of Experience working cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift)
1-2 years of Experience working in IT Operations
Hands-on with Linux system management and network configuration
Familiar with cloud-native monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
Proficiency with Python, Go and Shell
Solid cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align and communicate with business users and stakeholders across different levels
Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
CKA Certification or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is a plus
Bilingual Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
