PROJECT EXECUTIVE - MEP

Branch is seeking a Project Executive to lead pursuits and operations for Electrical construction projects in Central & Southwest Virginia. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring profitable completion within timelines, and coordinating efforts between estimating and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Responsible for successful pursuit, hiring and retaining craft and supervision staff, and oversight of multiple projects. Participate with leadership in manpower planning across the entire business
Ensure profitable project completion within the project timeline
Lead project through buy out, execution, turnover, and close out
Coordinate the “hand-off” from estimating to the operations team
Participate in the pursuit phase Technical Work Groups
Lead Operations personnel to perform constructability reviews
Lead the development of innovative and value engineering ideas
Oversee development and management of project schedule throughout project life cycle
Provide guidance and work with Operations staff to oversee manpower, buyout of subcontractor and material contracts
Attend monthly meetings with Owner to monitor progress and manage relationship
Participate in monthly project reviews, financial forecasting, and project level P&L

Required

10+ years related industry experience
In depth knowledge of pursuing, and constructing Electrical projects ranging in value from $1,000,000 to $25,000,000
Proficient at strategy development and execution
Ability to accurately assess and present the current financial status of projects
Ability to forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly, and final results of projects
Ability to develop, lead, and participate in a team environment
Proficient understanding of the scope of work involved to construct Electrical projects
Advanced writing and communication skills
Willingness to travel approximately up to 50% of the time
