Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using PHP (Laravel)
Collaborate with offshore and distributed engineering teams to ensure clear requirements and task execution
Build and support third-party integrations (e.g., Boberdoo, Five9, Zoho, Twilio, and similar platforms)
Review offshore deliverables for quality, completeness, and alignment with standards
Review backend implementations for correctness, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of professional PHP backend development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Laravel or Laravel-based systems
Experience building RESTful APIs and supporting third-party integrations
Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL)
Strong debugging skills and comfort working in production systems
Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed engineering teams
