Manage Office Voicemail
Set meeting message as needed
Pull payment copy requests & scanned requests as needed
Complete Right to Cure Requests
Handle various mail requests:
Distribute incoming mail
Maintain returned mail items
Uploading documents to the RVI
Run various queries
Manage various department calendars/reports/logs
Run Carfax/Auto Check/DMV
Special projects and assignments
Qualification
Required
Minimum one year of related experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work well with all levels of management
Highly motivated, responsible and resourceful
Ability to multitask
Willing to work as part of a team and support the office as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA 92612 before starting work
Preferred
Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel a plus
Computer/Typing: 1 year
Customer Service: 1 year
