PAI provides person-centered disability services, and they are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring needs primarily for their In-Home Services and Respite (IHSR) programs. The Part-Time Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts, helping to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates to support individuals in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

Manage recruiting efforts primarily for IHSR openings
Post and manage job listings across multiple job boards
Source and screen candidates based on IHSR requirements
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
Partner with HR and program leadership on staffing priorities
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation
Support pre-employment and onboarding steps
Provide a positive, professional candidate experience

Required

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
Comfortable using online job boards and applicant tracking systems
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
High school diploma or GED

Preferred

Previous recruiting or hiring experience
Experience in human services, disability services, healthcare, or related fields
Familiarity with or ability to learn IHSR program requirements
