Maintaining several hundred bank accounts
Performing transaction research to investigate and resolve discrepancies
Conducting regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Completing monthly bank statement reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Internship or coursework experience in accounting or finance
Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes
Knowledge of GAAP principles
