The intern will handle purchasing workflows, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate asset and license records while gaining insight into IT operations and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
Process purchase orders and requisitions for IT hardware and software
Gather and compare vendor quotes to support purchasing decisions
Track hardware and software assets and maintain inventory records
Manage and update software license records
Reconcile invoices and coordinate with vendors on orders and deliveries
Support approval workflows in Freshservice
Work in enterprise systems including CDW, SAP, and contract management tools
Assist with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Interest in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and records
Clear communication skills
Preferred
Enrollment in a degree program related to IT, Supply Chain, Business, or similar
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Interest in procurement, vendor management, or asset management
