Responsibilities

Partner with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets
Leverage market insights, competitive benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide decision-making
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions
Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes
Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, EEO guidelines, and local labor laws
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes
Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional, engaging candidate interactions and branding initiatives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent work experience in lieu of education)
6–8 years of relevant recruitment experience for candidates with a non‑engineering degree
3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience for candidates with a master's degree
Strong understanding of technology hiring across digital, infrastructure, and application development areas
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking

Preferred

Hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment experience
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global environment
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring for emerging and niche skill sets, including AI, GenAI, data, and advanced digital roles
Experience recruiting for AI‑driven technologies such as machine learning, data science, cloud‑based AI platforms, automation, and analytics
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and hiring data
Knowledge of EEO guidelines and compliant hiring practices
Willingness to travel up to 10%-20% based on business needs
