Human Resource Coordinator
Abound Health is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This position plays a critical part in ensuring new hires have a smooth, compliant, and welcoming onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
Review employment packets for accuracy and completeness
Verify I-9 documentation and ensure all required hiring documents are collected
Review pay details and employment information with new hires
Ensure all onboarding and credentialing requirements are met in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Provide a professional, timely, and positive onboarding experience
Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS systems
Partner with internal teams to support efficient onboarding processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in HR, onboarding, staffing, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Proficiency with HRIS or data-entry systems
Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
