Responsibilities

Own and administer the Dynatrace platform (SaaS/Managed), including configuration, upgrades, and integrations
Deploy and manage OneAgents and ActiveGates across cloud, on-prem, and Kubernetes environments
Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, SLOs, tagging rules, and management zones
Implement end-to-end observability ( APM, infrastructure, logs, RUM, synthetics, tracing )
Analyze performance issues using Davis AI and support root-cause analysis
Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD, ITSM, and alerting tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, etc.)
Automate observability using Python/Bash/PowerShell , Monaco , or Terraform
Support incident response, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
