Strategic Solutions Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major product and/or solutions focused-projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, client expectations, and strategic objectives are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful project outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to design, customize, and configure solutions that address unique client needs while adhering to company standards and aligning with product strategy
Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of deployed solutions to ensure ongoing performance and client satisfaction
Analyze client needs and business requirements to define efficient, scalable processes
Work closely with internal teams to align processes with the overall product strategy and operational goals
Translate product and GTM strategies into actionable operational plans, ensuring seamless execution scalability
Identify and resolve gaps between strategy and execution, fostering collaboration across teams to drive measurable outcomes
Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement strategies that drive adoption and growth
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients identified as eligible for customizations, fostering strong partnerships during implementation and throughout the lifecycle of their solutions
Provide expertise and guidance for migrations, upgrades, and technical customizations tailored to strategic client needs
Address evolving requirements for these clients through proactive communication and close collaboration with internal teams
Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing technical support to strategic clients, ensuring a seamless experience and long-term satisfaction
Continuously evaluate solutions and processes, gathering feedback from clients and internal teams to drive enhancements that improve delivery, scalability, and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of Project management experience
