Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of investment management, fund formation, or related transactional experience
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and LL.M. in Tax
Strong academic credentials and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
