Administrative Assistant - Sales Support
Metro Sales Inc. is an industry leading hardware, software, and managed services provider based in the Midwest. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Sales Support to provide essential support to the sales staff and customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for Metro Sales’ sales department
Answer phone incoming reception and sales admin phone calls from both internal and external customers
Maintain and update various documentation
Submit and reconcile expense reports as necessary
Maintain client database (CRM)
Back-up to front desk/reception duties daily for breaks in addition to coverage for vacation, illnesses, etc
Type proposals, correspondence, memos, forms, etc. as requested by Sales personnel
Assist on projects and events as needed
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Additional duties would support our A/R department as needed such as:
Posting checks (utilizing both data entry for physical checks received and a spreadsheet import for checks received to our lockbox)
Configuring daily ACH Packets and posting ACH payments
Scanning daily checks received to the bank
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
2+ years administrative assistance experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Proven organizational skills
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
