They are seeking a client-facing Project Designer who can lead design strategy and manage projects from concept through installation, guiding developers and architects through wayfinding systems and branded signage programs.

Lead wayfinding strategy and sign system development
Present design concepts confidently to clients
Manage scope, schedule, and client communication
Oversee code compliance (ADA and life safety)
Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams
Identify opportunities to expand design scope
Qualification
Required

Strong architectural design sensibility
Comfortable leading client conversations
Organized, proactive, and commercially aware
Adobe Illustrator proficiency (CAD knowledge a plus)
Understanding of materials and fabrication methods
Preferred
Experience in wayfinding, signage, or environmental graphics preferred
