Responsibilities
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. This includes generating reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness
Review existing policies and procedures and recommend changes to enhance efficiency. This may involve conducting time and motion studies, process mapping, and root cause analysis
Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to implement new policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Recognize operational challenges and potential issues, such as logistical constraints and staffing concerns, and discuss them with stakeholders
Assist in the development of business plans and forecasts and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operations
Qualification
Required
BA in Business OR related field OR 10-12 years of relevant work equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Office
Must be able to effectively communicate in speech and written formats
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have a security clearance SECRET level or higher
Preferred
Preference will be given to those with an active security clearance SECRET level or higher
