This role involves billing support, accounts payable processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry for billing, invoices, and accounting transactions
Assist with accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, processing, and payment preparation
Support billing functions by preparing invoices, verifying billing details, and resolving discrepancies
Maintain organized paper and electronic accounting records in compliance with record-keeping policies
Assist with account reconciliations and support month-end accounting activities
Assist with year-end close and audit preparation, as needed
Provide general office management support, including ordering office supplies and maintaining office organization
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial information
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma; working towards or have a college business or accounting diploma or University degree preferred
Some prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance, or relevant education/training required
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with accounting or ERP systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team
