May provide direction to lower level benefits analysts

Develop and maintain framework of standard operating procedures to ensure effectiveness of internal and external administration
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance or a related field
Four (4) years experience in retirement plan administration or related field
Expertise with leading compliance/process reviews, including the identification and resolution of potential risks
Strong experience with reporting and analytical tools
Strong problem solving, project management, human relations and communication skills
