Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, and networks via phone and other channels
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems
Escalate and coordinate incidents and service requests as needed
Mentor junior analysts and recommend process improvements
Participate in major incident management and special IT projects
Contribute to modernizing support capabilities (e.g., multi-channel, AI, CRM portal)
Assist Service Desk Manager in ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

Required

Exceptional customer service, listening, and analytical skills
Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of ITIL principles and service desk best practices
Experience with third-party vendors and confidential information handling
Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent
5+ years in IT service/support with advanced troubleshooting skills

Preferred

Experience with O365, desktop OS, networking, and diagnostic tools
Knowledge of ITSM standards and ServiceNow
