Responsibilities
Execute electronic filings across federal and state courts, ensuring strict adherence to varying court rules and deadlines
Provide proactive "right-hand" support to a busy group of attorneys, managing intricate calendaring, international travel logistics, and meeting coordination
Assist with the full litigation lifecycle, including document preparation, citation checking, and trial preparation
Handle essential billing functions such as time entry, expense reconciliation, and time tracking with high accuracy
Exercise independent judgment to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Administrative Assistant within a law firm setting
Strong familiarity with court rules, litigation procedures, and the ECF system
A self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to pivot between changing priorities
Ability to interact effectively with high-level legal professionals and maintain absolute confidentiality
