They are seeking a Sales & Design Consultant who will engage with customers, deliver presentations, and facilitate home improvement solutions while managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Manage your sales pipeline using company resources
Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and self-generated opportunities
Deliver dynamic, professional in-home sales presentations
Build trust and long-term relationships while delivering our Signature Service experience
Take full ownership of appointments—from presentation to close
Accurately complete contracts and required documentation
Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of sales experience (in-home or short-cycle sales preferred)
Proven ability to close and take responsibility for results
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
Understanding that leads are a tool—not a guarantee
Comfortable building referrals and generating your own opportunities
Clear and confident communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate
Ability to handle a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Hold a valid driver's license and enjoy working on the road
