Responsibilities

Coordinate activities supporting the site master validation plan and nonconformance processes
Support engineers, gauge owners, and management within R&D laboratory environment
Locate and track unique gauges, fixtures, and equipment across multiple campus locations
Create, maintain, and review inventory records for conformance
Maintain and analyze rapidly changing databases related to out of tolerance gauges and devices
Communicate status of corrective actions and pending resolutions to cross functional teams
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Calibration, and Management to reduce nonconformance cases
Support alignment with site master validation plan across departments
Perform additional support tasks and duties as assigned

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Site Master Validation Plan (SMVP) support
Nonconformance and CAPA tracking

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
