Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysist for critical Technology initiatives, ensuring robust financial oversight and alignment with enterprise objectives
Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that inform investment decisions, investment prioritization, and resource allocation, supporting strategic growth and operational excellence
Oversee variance analysis, performance tracking, and financial reporting to drive transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making across the organization
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs, enabling proactive identification of risks and opportunities
Drive cost optimization strategies across responsible spend areas, balancing innovation and operational stability while championing continuous improvement and value creation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budgets are aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of partnership and shared accountability for financial outcomes
Maintain and validate project assumptions in key systems, to ensure data integrity and support accurate financial planning and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field strongly preferred; MBA or CPA preferred
7+ years of financial experience, with specific data modeling, business case development, and financial analytics experience
Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic Business Partner – develops partnerships to serve as a trusted business advisor
Organizational Agility – ability to navigate formal and informal channels to connect the dots
Bias for Action – proactive advisor to leadership / assess emerging trends and results
