Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and updating policy forms using standardized language
Help ensure product compliance across website content and marketing materials for both internal and external audiences
Prepare responses to customer inquiries from other Operations teams, such as Claims, Customer Service, and Sales
Participate in a cross functional intern project
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel
