IT Site Support Technician (Asset & Inventory Focus)
Addison Group is seeking an IT Site Support Technician with a strong focus on IT Asset and Inventory Management to support multiple hospital locations. This role is responsible for tracking, maintaining, deploying, and supporting IT equipment that is critical to daily hospital operations and patient care.

Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, peripherals, and clinical workstations
Maintain accurate inventory records in asset management systems and ticketing platforms
Track asset assignment, location, status, refresh cycles, and disposal in compliance with hospital and security policies
Receive, stage, image, configure, and deploy new equipment to hospital and clinic locations
Perform regular physical audits and reconciliations of IT inventory
Coordinate hardware refreshes, replacements, and device recovery for offboarded users
Manage equipment logistics between sites, vendors, and storage locations
Ensure proper documentation for asset procurement, deployment, and retirement
Provide onsite IT support to hospital staff across multiple locations
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
Support clinical workstations and hospital technology used in patient care
Perform user account support such as password resets and access issues
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (wired and wireless)
Respond to, document, and resolve service tickets in a ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams or vendors when appropriate
Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and site deployments
Follow HIPAA, security, and hospital IT policies at all times
Travel between hospital and clinic locations as required
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of IT support, field support, desktop support, or IT asset management experience
Experience managing IT inventory, hardware deployment, and asset tracking
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and basic networking issues
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working onsite in a hospital environment
Ability to travel between hospital locations (reliable transportation required)
Valid driver's license
