Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance inspections on flatbed trailers
Document all work performed on fleet equipment
Assist with administrative compliance related to state and federal regulations
Operate material handling equipment
Support minor mechanical and/or building maintenance as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the yard and work areas
Follow safety procedures and properly use equipment
Assist with cargo securement, strapping, and tarping as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year of trailer maintenance experience
Basic mechanical skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Solid work history
Preferred
Knowledge of cargo securement, strapping, and tarping
