This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring technical excellence, and managing resources and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications - from design and development to integration, deployment, and support handover - ensuring stability, performance, and scalability
Provides expert technical and functional leadership across .NET, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), guiding architectural decisions and solution design
Lead planning and execution of development initiatives, including design proposals, sizing, and business value alignment
Prepares and/or provides budget input for ongoing and future expenditures, monitors budget performance, provides forecasts, and manages vendor performance to deliver cost-effective results
Establishes strategic plans and objectives
Build and maintain a multi-year technology modernization roadmap that addresses capability gaps, technical debt, cloud strategy, resilience, data integration, and enterprise alignment
Act as a strategic business partner by understanding organizational objectives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and translating needs into scalable, high-performing technology solutions through clear communication and proactive engagement
Serve as the escalation point for high-impact issues and cross-platform failures
Oversee DevOps activities - including environment setup, tooling, code libraries, branching strategy, and deployment pipelines - while championing Agile practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and team performance
Manage audit requests, SOX compliance, change control processes, security reviews, and user access across all applications
Oversee development partners, ensure adherence to contractual commitments, and enforce performance via governance, reviews, and accountability measures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience
8 years or more years of previous experience (in addition to the education requirement)
Preferred
Leading hybrid teams onshore/offshore/remote
