Technical Program Analyst

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. Responsibilities

Support of program wide activities including risk management, decision management, configuration management, and schedule management
Coordinating Systems Requirements Reviews, System Functional Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, Design Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Reviews, and other program-related meetings and reviews
Help develop plans of action and timetables in order to meet established deadlines, and assist in the development of acquisition documentation, program reports, technical documentation, detailed procedures, and memos
Recommend solutions to resolve technical challenges that can occur due to dynamic changes in characteristics, approach, criteria, and requirements
Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports and presentations, and present results to stakeholders throughout the client organization
Work closely with engineers, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership planning the coordination of efforts and report development

Required

Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
3-4 years of experience in one or more of the following: aerospace/defense systems engineering, missile systems, or Navy submarine programs
Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
Demonstrated experience coordinating development activities associated with engineering systems, capabilities, and activities

Preferred

Able to effectively communicate and exchange information with peers and senior personnel; good oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Navy program offices
