Orders cash and currency
Process customer check orders
Redeems savings bonds
Promotes the bank's products and services; consistently cross-sells bank products at every opportunity
Balances drawer daily
May be responsible for bank opening/closing
Answers customer questions and attempts to resolve customer problems
Follows teller policy
Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma/GED; equivalent experience: 1 year of experience is equal to 1 year of education
A minimum of 1 years experience in banking and/or cash handling related field is required
General computer skills
Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
