Responsibilities

Provide leadership to develop and oversee systems experience strategy and roadmap for multiple functional areas informed by broad stakeholder knowledge
Advocate for and enhance employee experience by informing usability and functionality considerations throughout programs
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex system process issues and escalations impacting front-line operations
Define and prioritize strategic program directions based on customer and stakeholder input and organizational objectives, resolving priority conflicts
Communicate strategy status and cross-functional issues to executive business partners and stakeholders to maintain alignment
Identify business needs and present concepts including business cases, proposals, funding estimates, and implementation results to leadership
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Required

Manage complex program-level deliverables and systems experience strategies across multiple functional areas to support operational effectiveness
Lead departmental initiatives and participate in leadership teams for capital and operational projects
Develop and implement systems strategies that enhance product selling, customer service, and employee experience within assigned areas
Measure success by effective alignment of system strategy, requirements, design, and implementation from concept through launch and ongoing improvement
Influence organizational performance and customer satisfaction by ensuring cohesive collaboration between technical and front-line stakeholders
