The Account Specialist is responsible for marketing and transitioning property management companies to the company's software solutions while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
Our Account Specialists are responsible for maintaining important customer relationships
Successful candidates must be able to think analytically and creatively, follow up on sales leads, implement new customers, conduct trainings, recommend strategies, communicate solutions and identify new opportunities for the customers we serve
Other key responsibilities include:
Learning the comprehensive features of our platforms and services
Understanding client processes and workflows
Using system tools to customize the platform in order to meet business and market needs for clients
Learning state laws related to the industry and implementing features for clients
Meeting client launch deadlines
Maintaining ongoing client relationships and implementing new product features for existing clients to enhance user experience
Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, presentation skills, resourcefulness and integrity
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have at least one to three years of professional experience in client-relationship management or account management
Candidates must be motivated and exhibit exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as time management skills
