HR Compensation Intern

They are seeking an HR Compensation Intern to support the Global Compensation team by enhancing process documentation and analytics, preparing compensation reports, and providing analytical support for compensation programs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Global Compensation team to enhance process documentation and analytics on key annual programs including salary structure review and annual compensation planning
Help prepare and review global compensation reports, models, and analysis using Microsoft Excel
Provide analytical and research support for base pay and incentive compensation programs
Support ad hoc compensation-related projects as needed

Required

Strong interest in compensation, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic to intermediate knowledge of formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree program in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar, with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

Preferred

Proficiency in using AI to enhance process documentation and excel-based analytics
