Responsibilities
Partner and collaborate with the program leaders to ensure program objectives are achieved
Developing your technical and professional skills
Supporting the technical design, development, integration and release of our BAE SYSTEMS Software
Work closely with product line engineering to ensure alignment and understanding of the required capabilities and functions
Responsible for implementation of Software Solutions Strategy and processes
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years or comparable test engineering related experience preferred
Experience developing Electronic Warfare systems
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software languages such as C++, C# and Python
Experienced in Real Time Operating Systems such as RedHat and/or RTLinux
Experienced in Hands on integration testing of electronic systems
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Prior success participating in team efforts
A continuous improvement mindset to enhance Software development through process modernization
Proven performance in software design and development
Experience Developing and Integrating Software
