This role will be responsible for developing engaging learning videos, infographics, and event-related digital collateral in alignment with established design standards.

Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality learning videos, interactive eLearning modules, infographics, and digital collateral for live events and training programs
Develop content aligned with established design standards provided by the Learning & Development leadership
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional team members to deliver compelling multimedia learning experiences
Organize and manage project files within Microsoft Teams to ensure accessibility and version control
Adapt to evolving priorities and support new initiatives focused on AI Enablement and digital upskilling
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
Contribute positively as a team player in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in video and graphic design, including development of professional learning content
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Canva (including PDF design)
Strong organizational and file management skills, particularly within Microsoft Teams
Experience designing digital and print collateral for live events and digital campaigns
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively and remain flexible in a dynamic project environment
Strong commitment to following established design standards and parameters
Preferred
Prior experience supporting AI Enablement or digital upskilling initiatives
