Global Payments is a leading company in payment solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Investment Relations Analyst to support their Investor Relations team. This role involves managing communications with investors, preparing earnings materials, and conducting strategic analysis to enhance investor engagement.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings with buy-side and sell-side analysts and investors. Monitor investor sentiment and feedback to inform messaging and engagement strategy
Support preparation of earnings scripts, investor FAQs, and board updates. Provide strategic input on investor messaging and positioning
Conduct peer benchmarking, valuation analysis, and investor perception studies
Lead planning and execution of investor events, including earnings calls, conferences, and virtual engagements. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Communications to ensure compliance and consistency across all IR materials. Support development of investor presentations and integrated messaging

Required

Minimum of 2 years in investor relations, equity research, strategic finance or relevant roles in financial services
Understanding of capital markets and buy/sell-side dynamics
Strong analytical skills with experience in valuation, benchmarking, and financial modeling
Executive-level communication and presentation capabilities
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating C-suite engagement and investor-facing communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in IR platforms, CRM tools, and financial databases (e.g., FactSet, AlphaSense, Bloomberg, Nasdaq IR Insight)
Organization, attention to detail and ownership of one's work
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
