Maintains division’s fleet management of statewide vehicles, wireless devices & inventory control
Travels to field locations to perform inventory audits & compliance reviews
Creates vehicle expenditure, maintenance contracts & other reports
Prepares, compiles & verifies statistical, financial, accounting or auditing data
Prepares invoices for processing
Verifies & codes documents
Other related accounting duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software
Completion of high school technical program in accounting AND 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in accounting or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software
Completion of associate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field
Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above
