Responsibilities
Provide customer support in a timely manner via incident resolution, trouble shooting and process governance for Ariba B&I module
Perform system administration for the Ariba B&I module
Reviews and monitors current processes
Help develop Training Guides associated with Ariba B&I
Assist with the Ghost Pcard reconciliation process which are used as the primary payment mechanism for catalog orders
Providing project support for various IPSS initiatives related to process improvement efforts and system enhancements
Provide backup support for Procurement Operations team which may include catalogs, Supplier or Contracts/Sourcing modules
Qualification
Required
Strong technical knowledge of Ariba, including configuration and system usage
Provide Ariba system administration support within Procurement department
Role is strictly system administration; no buying or purchasing activities involved
Serve as a key support partner for buyers and act as a liaison with IT when needed
Proficient in Power BI for pulling, analyzing, and building reports
MS Access knowledge is a plus
Experience working with organizations of similar scale and complexity would be nice to have
Not seeking candidates involved in procurement or buying and who use Ariba for day to day transactional activities

Reporting to the IPSS Manager of Process & Compliance, the person in this role will provide on-going operational support for the Ariba Buying & Invoice (B&I) module including incident resolution and systems administration
Provide customer support in a timely manner via incident resolution, trouble shooting and process governance for Ariba B&I module
Perform system administration for the Ariba B&I module
Reviews and monitors current processes
Help develop Training Guides associated with Ariba B&I

Experience in SAP Ariba or relevant procurement system
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (min of 5 years professional experience if no degree)
Experience in procurement, business analysis or strategic analysis (5+ year requirement)
Project management (functional) experience to support project timelines, testing, and implementation for all new release testing of procurement software systems
Experience developing business process improvements and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and technology enhancements
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Power BI for pulling, analyzing, and building reports
Preferred
Able to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Inv
