Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and continuously improve core Learning & Development programs aligned with business priorities. This includes identifying resource needs, managing project schedules, and measuring program effectiveness. Programs may include onboarding, leadership and manager development, coaching, continuing education, certifications, and content curation
Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to understand business challenges, anticipate capability needs, and co-create learning solutions that drive performance and support change initiatives
Design and build engaging, learner-centered L&D content and resources across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, blended, coaching, job aids, and performance support tools), applying adult learning principles and learning science
Facilitate and/or deliver live training sessions, workshops, and cohort-based learning experiences in both in-person and virtual environments, adapting delivery to diverse audiences
Use data, feedback, and learning analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, track outcomes, and continuously improve learning experiences
Leverage learning technologies (e.g., LMS/LXP, digital content platforms) and explore AI-enabled tools to enhance learning design, personalization, and efficiency
Enable managers and leaders to reinforce learning through toolkits, coaching guides, and practical application resources
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to design, deliver, and facilitate learning experiences for small and large groups, in-person, virtual, and hybrid, across diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform decisions, influence stakeholders, and evaluate learning impact
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong consulting and partnership skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Creative, curious, and solutions-oriented, with a mindset of continuous improvement and experimentation
4–6+ years of experience in learning & development, enablement, instructional design, or a related field
Experience designing blended and scalable learning solutions that support real-world application
Proficiency in eLearning design and development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia), with comfort learning and adopting new technologies
Foundational digital and AI fluency, with the ability to explore and responsibly apply new tools to enhance learning outcomes
Strong commitment to inclusive, accessible, and equitable learning design
