They are seeking an IDD Training Coordinator to perform various training and administrative functions, including coordinating training records and conducting new hire training orientation.

Responsibilities
Participates in orientation training, developing schedules, entering data and performing external compliance tasks. Manages employee training files by performing the following duties
Provides information to applicants regarding training policies required for organization
Instructs participants for training completeness, and obtains additional information in preparation for training, and skills
Keeps participants informed of training status during orientation
Enters and maintains information in a computer
Documents employee selections in accordance with company goals & policy and in compliance with employment regulations
Performs other responsibilities related to employment and training requirements
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED Required
Valid driver's license including personal vehicle insurance coverage if applicable
Must maintain proficiency in company sponsored training and certifications and privileging if required
Preferred
Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
One year of HR, Training or related experience preferred
