Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise firewall solutions using Palo Alto Networks platforms
Lead NAC design, setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization across the environment
Support and enhance cloud‑based and on‑prem network infrastructure
Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for high‑severity network and security incidents
Monitor, analyze, and harden network traffic, access policies, and threat activity
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to align network security with business requirements
Develop technical documentation, standards, and best practices
Recommend improvements to strengthen Zero Trust, segmentation, and overall security posture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Palo Alto experience (firewall configuration, Panorama management, threat prevention)
5+ years of NAC design/setup in enterprise environments
Strong networking foundation (routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, BGP/OSPF)
Cloud platform networking experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Tier 3 troubleshooting experience in complex distributed environments
Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices
