Responsibilities
Ensure accurate file processing by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures, while maintaining real-time visibility of shipment status
Manage and prioritize customer-specific needs by responding to inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels
Partner with the CCL to uphold customer commitments by analyzing KPI reports and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with the System Process team to enhance automation and streamline Operational Care workflows
Maintain comprehensive customer data within core operating systems by initiating Business Profile creation and updates, and managing Wiki page content for accuracy and accessibility
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of freight forwarding experience
1+ years of customer service experience
