Responsibilities
Directly support the government customer in overseeing all aspects of product design and integration, including requirements definition, design reviews, experiments, prototyping, testing, production and integration
Collaborate with multiple SWS industry partners and develop tailored solutions
Provide technical expertise and guidance in design reviews, trade studies, and other technical meetings
Offer a broad knowledge of missile architecture
Support rapid technology insertion of new equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders both verbally and in writing
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in engineering or hard science discipline
4+ years of experience in missile technology integration
An active DoD security clearance at the TOP SECRET level (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years)
A track record of leading teams in a highly collaborative environment
A willingness to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks
High quality communication and presentation dexterity
Excellent computer/technology skills
Preferred
Agile Workflow experience using JIRA or similar software
Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) experience
